PROJECT 4A:SCULPTURE (MULTIVIEW)

Process of Doing a Sculpture

After drew the shape, cut the mounting board

Colouring the mounting board

My sculpture is inspired by the octopus. The sculpture is coloured in blue to emphasise the significance of conserving water as nowadays water is seriously polluted. This sculpture is built for recreational purpose and the tenracles are the windows of the sculpture. In order to reduce the usage of the land and not to explore any land as coherent with the theme of sustainability, therefore this sculpture can be built under the sea. Besides appreciating the breathtaking scenery and viewing the marvelous sea creatures, it can increase the awareness of human to cherish and protect our beautiful mother earth. In my opinion, it would be a long lasting sculpture that brings lots of benefits to human.
